When the work order is completed and paid for, write the 7-digit work order number and tape it to the appliance. You can drop it off at our location during business hours.
We have the right to refuse units for service that have been opened, or repairs attempted, or brought in dismantled.

MINIMUM SHOP & HANDLING CHARGE: FOR ALL SMALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES, INCLUDING MICROWAVE OVENS:
There is a non-refundable $50.00 upfront charge for all non-warranty diagnostic and repair services.
If
the total bill, parts and labor, to repair the appliance is under
$150.00, we automatically repair it. We do not give estimates for
repairs under $150.00. If the repairs exceed $150.00, we call with an
estimate. If fixed, the $50.00 fee is applied to the payment.
Repaired units come with a 30 day Part(replaced parts) and Labor warranty
For DELONGHI UNITS UNDER WARRANTY, you must provide proof of
purchase when or before you bring in the unit. The $50.00 does not apply for
warranty service. If you wish to email or bring in your proof of
purchase at a later date, we will charge a $50 handling fee (NON-REFUNDABLE). The other choice is to bring your unit back with all the information, in
which case there is no charge.
COMPLETE UNITS MUST BE BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIRS. Mixers must include the bowl and flat beater. Coffee machines must include milk frothers, jugs, carafes, sumps and filters if unit came with these.
To expedite ANY service; Once an estimate is given, we request a decision to repair or dispose/recycle be given within 48 hours.
Goods left over 30 days, from the date the estimate is given or unit repaired, will be disposed of.

Myric is up front about the diagnostic cost, meaning there’s no free estimates and one should assume this includes when the result is for a machine that is not repairable.
You have to consider the cost to replace your machine and decide if you’re willing to pay/risk $30 to have a skilled technician diagnose the problem.
In my case I opted not to proceed as the cost was close to getting a new machine but I don’t regret having it checked over.
As a service provider Myric staff are very friendly, good turn-around time, clearly described the problem and they have competitive pricing (even against the big box stores) if I decide to buy a new machine.
I’d use their services again.
