Please ensure you have the Model Number and Serial Number, and any problems you are experiencing with your machine, and put it in the Order Comments. This allows us to process your order as quickly as possible. We will no longer accept units that have been opened repairs attempted brought in dismantled in bits and pieces.
Although store access will be currently restricted due to COVID-19, we are still accepting machines in for repair, but in order to minimize contact, there will only be drop off and pick up via trolley located outside of our shop, next to the entrance. Payments will be accepted via this page, and contact via email, and/or phone.
