4-1/4″ x 250′ waxed paper replacement roll for use with the BigBite® Patty, Jerky, & Snack Stick Maker Attachment. When attaching the paper, thread the paper between the patty machine and the meat chute, making sure the paper unrolls counter-clockwise from back of roll, wax side up onto the chute. Pull the paper down the tray about 3″ and start grinding. The extruded meat will push the paper down the chute.
Construction: Waxed on one side.
Compatibility: BigBite® Patty, Jerky, & Snack Stick Maker Attachment.
Caution: Should be used in temps under 212? (100?). Not suitable for the oven.
