Purchased a refurbished fully automatic and absolutely love it. When I needed a replacement plastic tray as I broke the original, I found it on the Myric website. I ordered one. It was on back order but I got a phone call, yes an actual human phone call to let me know the approximate delivery and if I would like to wait or get a refund. I kept the order and received the piece in 2 weeks
