I ordered the Delonghi Milk Carafe a few months ago. Before placing the ordered, I called and spoke with someone at Myric who advised it was on backorder but they could take the order and they would let me know when it was back in stock. The wait was longer than expected but that was no fault of Myric and I understood that. They kept me updated via email which I really appreciated, and even gave me the option of cancelling the order because Delonghi was out of stock for quite a while. I didn’t want to cancel the order. As soon as Myric received it, they immediately shipped it to me and advised me that it was shipped. I can’t say enough about their customer service: friendly, knowledgeable, great communication, etc. I will definitely turn to them first when I need a part or accessory, and I’m thrilled to see that they also sell appliances!
